    We weren’t just looking for a house, but a place to call “home”.     Home buying process can be a handful and daunting but thankfully Wilson was fantastic, went above and beyond and made this otherwise stressful process a smooth and stressfree one. Beyond his expertise and professionalism, Wilson is incredibly dependable, helpful and kind throughout our home buying process. As a first time home buyers, my husband and I knew next to nothing. Wilson is quick and efficient in answering questions with in-depth explanation on what to expect every single time we asked questions and ensuring we fully understood what were doing and why it is necessary. Even after the deal was closed, he’s still guiding us on how to do some repairs that were necessary for the house as well as on top of guiding us to what services needed to contact prior the closing. Thank you is not enough to express our gratitude to Wilson and also to his wife Julie for the incredible service we recieved.     A+ A+ A+ ... Wilson went above and beyond to find us the perfect home for our family (at a great price). As a first-time home buyer, Wilson’s unparalleled patience, service attitude and knowledge of Mississauga were crucial to our success. I am a person who overthinks and asks many questions, so I am aware that I am a difficult and picky client, and Wilson was the perfect advisor I could have. He listened very carefully and, at the same time, guided me to be effective in our house hunting as he clearly understood my unique family needs (I have a big family, and I wanted to be within a 30 min driving distance to downtown Toronto) and my constraints (budget), so he pointed me directly to a neighborhood in Mississauga where we would focus as it perfectly matched our needs/constraints. He always responded to my messages immediately and was always open to visiting as many houses as I wanted. He never wanted me to overpay and was very patient with me as I put a lot of emphasis on buying a great place for my family but at a reasonable price. We submitted several offers knowing that perhaps we were not the highest bid, but Wilson was very smart to influence the seller to give us a shot. After a couple of rejections due to some bully offers, we submitted an offer that was significantly discounted over the asking price, and we finally won as Wilson’s advice on having better terms in our offer made the difference in the seller’s decision. Wilson gained all my trust and confidence (even though I am a picky and difficult client), and because of this, I would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to live in Mississauga. If I wrote here all the things that Wilson did to help us, I wouldn’t have enough space. To give you an idea, Wilson helped me so much that even if I was obtaining my mortgage with a bank (and so he was not getting a commission for the mortgage), he guided me on how to deal with the banks to have a better financing process as I wanted to close the deal faster. Also, after the deal was closed, he was helping me guiding me with some repairs that were needed in the first few weeks of my place, as well as the services that I needed to contract (utilities, insurance, etc) and he provided me appropriate recommendations… and all of this was outside of his role as real estate agent… he was only trying to helping me more… Wilson is just a fantastic real estate agent and human being – many thanks for all your help from all my family!... you made our family dream come true!, Wilson and Juliana!

    Great place to park overnight but don't park at day cause then you'll end up buying a home in shoreline which you second mortgaged the o'll box which is a box made out of boxy boxes and nothing more than that. Just don't over exaggerate with parking all day and night then yeah...

    Wilson is very knowledgable and very patient with his clients’ needs. Me and my partner were first time homebuyers and knew nothing about real estate at all.     Wilson has been a big help in our transition to our retirement. He has helped us finalized our decision on how to move on in our retirement. He has given us assistance in selling our property on Vange Cres and the best approach to do it. He is patient, thoughtful, professional in his dealings with us. He gave us tips and gave us meaningful replies to our queries and made us feel comfortable and very honest in our expectations.     Wilson & Juliana tirelessly accompanied my husband and I searching for a bungalow that will suit our needs and wants as retirees in different cities of Southern Ontario as far as Niagara Falls. Then, when we found one, the problem is the financing since we don't qualify for a mortgage anymore because of our age. That means we have to pay cash and the only way to do this is to sell our existing house first and fast. This amazing couple assisted us every steps of the way; answering all our questions, finding solution for the financing and recommending a brilliant stager who transformed our house into a million dollar one with her magic touch. In less than 3 days our house was sold as a breeze without any hassle. Buying and selling a house is not easy but with the patience, knowledge and energy of this couple , we did it. Now , we are enjoying our "close to everything" retirement bungalow at the mountain side of Hamilton. Thank you Wilson and Juliana for everything!     I have been living in a Wilson Realty Exchange rental property for about 2.5 years—and it has been one of my best rental experiences in Seattle. While we don't see our property manager much (not a complaint), they have always been prompt to respond to our needs, and generally excellent to deal with. I genuinely appreciate their willingness to patiently work with us while we had a difficult roommate situation.
